Terms and Conditions
Warranty From date of sale to the original owner, Bay Bronze Company, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years. As customer's sole and exclusive remedy, Bay Bronze Company, Inc. will repair or replace any product in accordance with the terms of this warranty. Warranty coverage will not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, incorrect installation, transportation or has been modified in any way.
Custom Orders Custom orders, including cast plaques, etched plaques, and bas-relief portraits, sculptures, and cast letters) are non-returnable. All custom orders require a minimum 50% prepayment, with remainder due in accordance with qualified terms of the customer. Deposits on special orders or custom work are non-refundable. Custom orders can not be refunded as they are made to order on request. With any custom orders we communicate about the design in person, through emails, fax, or on the phone to avoid any misunderstanding or mistakes. If the customer should decide to cancel a custom order which has already been started, any deposits will not be refunded. Photos used for bas-relief modeling or photo etching will not be returned, therefore we recommend sending hi-resolution scans versus originals.
Terms of Payment Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for open account customers is fully due within 30 days of invoice. Bay Bronze Company, Inc. will apply interest of 1.5% per month on any overdue balance. Finance charges are assessed from the date the product is shipped. Terms for new accounts prior to approval and all temporary accounts will be Visa, MasterCard, American Express, C.O.D. (money order or certified check), or pre-payment with order.

Shipping & Lead Time If your package appears damaged, or upon opening it you find the items to be damaged, call Bay Bronze Company, Inc. immediately and arrangements will be made to have it picked up. Do not discard original packaging materials. A representative will discuss options for a replacement, refund or credit. Bay Bronze Company, Inc. is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond their control and reserves the right to make partial shipments. All orders are shipped by ground service unless otherwise specified by customer in writing. Carriers are responsible for goods lost or damaged in shipment. No credits will be given on shipping charges. Typically, our manufacturing lead-time is between 3-6 weeks for standard items. However, additional time may be required for modeled bas-reliefs, custom finishes or needed changes in graphics. Bay Bronze Company, Inc. does offer 5 and 10 day rush services at an additional cost.
