 Our channel letter accessories offer you diversity and provide you with a wide range of options. We offer standard, open face and reverse channel letters. Reverse letters can be illuminated with neon providing a backlit halo effect. Open Channel Letters are appropriate for clients interested in both dimensional letters with the look of exposed neon.
  
Specifications

Heights: Range from 3" to 10'. Channel Letters over 4' are generally required to be self-contained unless other construction specifications are provided. Custom shapes and sizes are available.

Backs/Returns: Return depths range from 2" to 10". Construction consists of computerized precision routed .063 aluminum backs welded to .063 aluminum return.  Letters over 4' in height will have .080 aluminum backs. Standard return colors available: white, black, red, blue, bronze.

Finish: Custom channel letters are hand-finished; primed and painted. These products combined with the PMS color matching system provide you with an error-free, long-lasting product.

Faces/Trim: Computer precision routed faces. 3/16" in depth. Standard acrylic face colors include: white, ivory, yellow, orange, red, green, blue. Custom colors are available. Trim is Jewelite 1" or ¾". Standard trim colors include: white, black, red, blue, bronze, gold, silver, green. Custom colors available.

Neon: Neon is fabricated with EGL products, 15mm glass pumped with cold weather gas, designed to stay bright under extreme cold conditions. UL or non-UL listed to your specification. Standard colors include: white, clear red, blue, yellow. Custom colors are available.

 Pre-wiring: Each individual letter is pre-wired with 4' of GTO wire and conduit. UL listed letters have electrobits and are pre-wired with 4' of GTO wire and conduit.

Mounting: Our standard mounting method for individual letters is rivet nuts. C-brackets are also available.

UL listing: UL listed projects require us to supply all electrical components including transformers.
