Our abrasive water jet cutting services provide quality part production with fast turn-around times at competitive rates.  We can cut virtually any material efficiently and with precision. We service a broad range of industries including part manufacturing, aerospace, medical, government, and identification. The applications for such technology are unlimited: architectural signage including unique lettering and logos, custom stone designs, machine parts, detailed art designs, intricate floor inlays and more.

Water jet cutting is an excellent alternative to Laser and Plasma Cutting. Water jet cutting systems allow the cutting of metallic and non-metallic materials without heat so the molecular structure of the material remains unaltered. No thermal distortion or degradation means physical and chemical characteristics of materials cut are unaffected.

Partial list of materials we are able to cut:

Steel Bronze Copper Muntz Brass
Zinc Granite Marble Aluminum Ceramic
Glass Plastics Rubber Composites Iron

Water jet cutting also produces exceptional edge quality with minimal burr and eliminates the need for a secondary finishing process. Computer controlled cutting and multi-axis capabilities enable complex cuts, intricate designs and shapes and contours with extreme precision.

Lower overall costs of water jet cutting are achieved by faster production rates and optimal part positioning and nesting to reduce material waste and part handling.

Water jet cutting specifications and advantages:

  • No heat generated so no fatigue zones
  • Cut any shape due to capability of robotic omni-directional manipulation
  • Cuts material up to 6” thick and up to 4k pounds in weight to a tolerance of + 0.010”
  • Leaves a satin finish, thus reducing secondary finishing operations
  • Narrow kerf (0.030")
  • Capable of handling stock up to 6’ x 10’
  • Can easily switch between high production, and single piece production
  • Economical machining of virtually all materials assures accuracy and quality
